I am using Nero 8. It runs thru the entire process, when the disk is ejected there is nothing on the label. Any help would be appreciated.

The problem you describe has been identified on different versions of Nero Cover Designer. Nero recently released an update that resolves the issue for Nero 8. You should try to install the update available on the following URL: http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-nero8-update.php

Hi, I bougth HP artist laptop that has Light scribe i have tried to lable a sony cdr CD but the messege apear( Could not detect media) , the question is do the light scrib need a special disk or i can print a lable on the sony cd. early response will highly appreciated.

You do need to buy/use the lightscribe disc to complete the process. But remember to turn the disc over once you have transferred music or data to the disc. So what I am saying is, data goes on one side and the label goes on the other. I am sorry if this sounds a little presumptuous but lots of new users think the lightscribe disc reader/writer does it all in one go.! Pat
