I keep getting error code 1310 when I try to download Seasonal Pack and Holiday Pack or any other.

I downloaded the Diagnostic program, it says my computer is OK.

But, when I try to download any of the packs, it give me the same error code again.

What do i do???

Hi !

I had the same type of problem with the Pet Pack.

Instead of Save I did a Run & it worked.

I then tried the Save again & it worked!?!?!
