Hello. I have an standalone lightscribe duplicator. On my computer a don't have a lightscribe drive. When I try to make an .lsi file with Lightscribe Template Labeler, in Preview and Print section I have no drive, so I can't do it. Can someone tell me what is the problem? Thanks.

Perhaps you did not choose the correct drive when installing the Lightscribe Template Labeler. Check with the duplicator vendor to be sure of which option to select.

I have sometimes had a similar problem. I have been studying it for a way of accurately submitting it to support. So far, I have found I lose recognition of my drive if I try to burn more than one label at a time. I must exit the Template Labeler and when I run it again my drive comes back.
