One thing you should do is to check the drive and make sure it truly LS enabled.
This is FAQ 67 in the Knowledge Base:
http://www.lightscribe.com/support/kb_searchResults.aspx?question=drive&topicid=
HP has screwed one Forum User for almost 6 months to straighten out the problem caused by a mis-indentified drive in their Parts Database. They could have installed this drive in your system. The drive didn't have an LS Sensor, but had the LS "swoosh" on the front of the drive.

Unfortunately there is no easy answer to predict the compatibility of a chosen drive installation in a particular system configuraton. Beyond the basic hardware diagnostic skills required you must be able to identify the SATA controller chipset (Intel, NVidia, Marvell, etc.) used on your particular motherboard. You must be able to identify the driver version for that chipset. You also must be somewhat knowledgeable in SATA modes (IDE, AHCI, RAID, etc) and sometimes registry editing. Most if not all of the functioning drive installation problems I have seen with Lightscribe drives seem to stem from a non Intel Southbridge family SATA controller chipset, SATA mode incompatibility or incorrect/incompatible controller driver. It takes a varying degree of system configuration knowledge that  is usually beyond a laymans' expertise in order to solve the problem. Based on what I saw in your other posts there is insufficient information about the above problematic areas to even give you a hint about what to try in your particular situation.

I would advise you to try Asus tech support or try someone with knowledge of your Asus motherboard if the Lite-On drive doesn't function in your system. As far as I understand the Asus tech forum the NForce 500 series of chipsets do not support AHCI SATA mode. (I suspect your SATA controller mode is RAID) You may be able to enable the secondary JMicron SATA controller that I think is on your motherboard and use that port to try drivers and modes for the Lightscribe drive but you are better off dealing with someone more familiar with your motherboard than myself. I'm sure that with a gaming system like yours you don't want to adversely affect your hard drive(s) or optical drives with potential timing or speed issues. I assume you have gone through the checklist of known conflicts and incompatibilties with the Lightscribe labeling system.

Ok, i created a post at asus forum ( http://vip.asus.com/forum/view.aspx?id=20110321050618706&board_id=1&model=M2N-SLI%20Deluxe&SLanguage=en-us ) , im not sure what they will answer.

By the way, what u mean with ""hecklist of known conflicts and incompatibilties with the Lightscribe labeling system""  ??
