Hi Casey !
The LSI Files are a problem with the recognition of the duplicator software.
Somehow it is not getting installed properly so the LightScribe Software System can "see" it.
Make sure it is installed first by re-installing the LSS after it is installed.

Ok, I've seen that. What I'm saying is, why can't the software manufacturers make a patch for a software problem!?!?

Hi Casey !
The manufacturer of the duplicator is also the manufacturer of the software in question.
They are the ones who have to issue any kind of "patch" you're looking for.
LightScribe doesn't have the source code!!!!!
They can't fix the problem.
They aren't doing what is needed to make the software recognized by the TL.

Ok, 1. If that is true, if Lightscribe knows there is a problem, why won't THEY relase a patch? I mean, it is something with there branding on it. 2. Have you actually dealt with uninstalling/reinstalling? It's a hassle. 3.If LSI files are such a problem, why even use the format?
