Just purchased a new Lightscribe DVD downloaded the software created a label saved as burnt a CD then placed it in my duplication I get a File System Not Supported. What I'm seeing is the save as feature saves the file as a *LSL file however my burner is looking for a *.LSI file. How do I save as such?

You probably need to utilize the duplicator proprietary software. It sounds like you are trying to create a saved .lsi file but the Lightscribe Template Labeler uses .ltl and .lsl project file extensions.
