I see reports of  Light Scribe Template Labeler crashing with "Runtime error ! This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." dating all the way back to 2009. 

Please, "application support team",  if you exist, please fix this error.  It has happened to far too many users with different OS's and different hardware for it to be an isolated problem.  Frankly this is the buggiest software I have run into for a long time.
