I would like to make a template that has my business logo on it. Is this possible? Hard to do, or do I need special software. I use a mac. Thanks!

What program are you using for Labeling on your Mac? LaCie? LightScribe Simple Labeler? DiscLabel?

This link will take you a template page in the Design Center that contains a template with gears on it. Maybe that would suffice?
