When I initially installed Lightscribe, I merely clicked the LS Icon and the program loaded at templates.  Now when I click the ICON, I either get an error stating "the LS Launcher Page cannot be located," or Internet Explorer refers me to LIGHTSCRIBE LAUNCH.EXE and I am directed to the LS Web Page.  I tried several time to reload LSS LightScribe System, but still get the error or am directed to IE Light Scribe Web Page?

What has changed and how do I fix the problem?

Hi JIMMYGJR  !

I assume when you talk about the ICON, you are referring to the Desktop Icon for the Template Labeler.  That Shortcut points to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\LightScribe\LSLauncher.exe

That should be the launcher it's referring to.

Check for that executable in that Path (Folder).

If it isn't there, the Install wasn't done correctly.

You should Un-install the software; check that the folder is empty or not there; and then Re-install and check again.

If you still experience the problem, contact LS Support by doing a full report to them and have them step through things.
