Dear cimofj2,

After having some short term success, I am back to getting repeatedly smeared labels, even though I am using LS Template Program.  You mentioned that the problem might be a calibration issue.  Does LS have calibration diagnostics and repair programs or do I need to take my PC back to the folks that built it and installed the LS and let them attempt to resolve the problem?
