Hello everyone,

When I try to print the label onto a disc, I encounter the following error:

#0xC0040231

LightScribe Error

"The drive number does not match a valid LightScribe disc drive. Please check your LightScribe drive exists and is properly attached...."

I have printed labels in the past and had no issues, so I am confused.

Has anyone experienced this error? What can I do to fix it? I would appreciate any help.

My environment:

PC: HP s5250t

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

Discs: memorex DVD+R LightScribe (I have successfully printed on the same discs before)
