Is there a way of getting rid of that irritating pop LS Advert every time I start my XP ???
Or a way of taking it out of the startup ???

Not sure what you're referring to!!!!!
The "Splash Screens for the Template Labeler & the Simple Labeler have Check Boxes to stop them from being displyed when they're started, but I've NEVER seen any kind of AD on any of the Installs!?!?!
