Hi

Just got my new PC with Win7 Prof and a Samsung SH-B083L Bluray-Combo. Installed LightScribe System Software and different labeling software, but always have the same problem: everything seems to look fine until I start printing, then the process starts but takes just about 5 seconds, and then it says "job successfully done" and there is no label on the disk.

I used Intenso LightScribe 1.2 CD-R's and got no error-message, disk and drive were found and ready.Diagnostics tool also found no errors.

any ideas?

What Labeling software did you install? That's an important part of the equation...

Only the Lightscribe Template Labeler? Oh honey.

Listen to burn a LightScribe label you need:
LightScribe System Software + a labeling program* + Physical LightScribe Drive + LightScribe Disc

So, go ahead and reinstall the LightScribe System Software. Here is the link to the download page: http://www.lightscribe.com/downloadsection/Windows/index.aspx?id=810

*You have the LightScribe Template Labeler, so you meet this requirement. And it's my favorite. It's the one that I use.

as i wrote in my first post, i of course installed the system software and of course i have a lightscribe drive and disc.

you asked what labeling software i installed, and that is the template labeler.

if it was that easy i wouldn't have asked....
