Hi,

I have just started using Lightscribe on my HP laptop (only 6 months old) using Windows 7. It worked fine for around 10 burns but the last few have failed half way through due to an 'internal error'.

I'm not a 'technie' so I'd really appreciate some help with this as I found Lightscribe really good and I'm gutted it's stopped working.
