it's been a few years since I've used this software. Now when I try to add text to my CD it has black bars over the text????

Did you update to the latest version? I had the same thing happen and I used it every day 3 or 4 times and I thought on the opposite end, that I used it up or something. It went away but I always kept it current and I only had a couple of discs where the print was garbled but for a different reason I think. For some reason my print had black bars in some parts and only on some but the update was the answer, i think. it didnt come back. I got other fonts that I used one day and the next there were only rectangles with black borders where the exemplar of the font would have been but it was for some fonts that got taken out when i uninstalled a program the name of the font stayed behind but not the font itself
