Hi, I have a problem with my HP DVD Writer 1270d GH23 200, the prints are incompletes, you can see in this photo: http://imageshack.us/f/33/14sjj3r.jpg

Not that it is the only possibility but a disc that looks unfinished the way yours does is commonly caused by bad media. What brand is it? Try different discs from the same batch or Verbatim brand to see if it is a defective disc.

 I tried with several DVDs, some are well printed and others ... 

Result: 4dvds incomplete and 3 dvds complete 100%... i don't know...

Again, what brand are they? If you reburn the same label on top of an already incompletely labeled disc does any more of the image print? With some brands inconsistent quality of the discs in the same cake seem to be getting more common.

If you reburn the same label on top of an already incompletely labeled disc does any more of the image print?   Yes. :S

Since double burning produces more of an image than he first burn the media is probably not the culprit. Does the log file of the LDU (Lightscribe Diagnostic Utility) show any error messages? Thorough cleaning of the timing marks in the hub area of the disc might also be worth a try.
