Using Windows 7 Ultimate 64. Lightscribe version is 1.18.13.1, Template Labeler is version 1.18.5.1. I also have Simple Labeler version 1.18.5.1 installed.
When I try to burn a label with Template Labeler, it gets to about 16% and gives an error.
I have tried to burn a label several times, doing as the troubleshooter suggested and not only restarted Lightscribe, but also restarting my PC. But, I get the same error.
Template Labeler works great in Windows XP Pro 64.
DVD burner is HP dvd840.
Suggestions or comments?

I have an hp dv6 2150, W7, 64b and Template Labeler. I was going to download the Simple Labeler but decided not to because it might cause a problem with the app files. Maybe uninstall one and just use the other. Good luck!
