After installing the LSS, Simple and Template SW I can successfully burn with the Simple SW.

But if I try to burn using the Template SW I get an error box telling me that the LSS SW is not installed.

I am baffled since I can burn with the simple label SW.

I even downloaded the diagnostic utilities to see if that could help in resolving and it tells me everything is fine.

Any ideas?
