Hi everyone, i made an account just to seek help for thhis, i really hope someone can assist.

1) my duplicator needs LSi format lightscribe image (obviously)

2) theres a lightscribe disk that comes with most duplicators that didnt come with mine, it has the LSi format in it and im screwed because that disk is non-existant and the company wont give me another....

so my question here is can someone email me an .ISO of the disk that came with your duplicator? if someone has the heart, kindness, and time to make my LSi cd image id truly appreciate it and id return the favour somehow. my design is very simple and i could send it in a LSL format and you could simply copy/paste the features into an LSi image and email it back. id dearly appreciate it.

leave emails if youd like to help me out, my design is 4 small birds and 4 strips of text, all the birds are the same, basically it would take you 10-15 minutes tops.

thanks in advanced everyone!

I don't own a duplicator.

You didn't mention the Model you have.

The Manufacturer should provide a disk to replace damaged or missing disks.

The disk should contain Software that installs as a driver, so the LS Template Labeler's "Print Option" shows an LSI File Creator under the"Drive:" List.
