LightScribe Forum : Drives : Dell Win 7, 64bit machine will not use lightscribe????

I used lightscribe on my HP laptop and liked the product. I now have a Dell, Win 7, 64bit machine and it will not use lightscribe???? Does it need a specific Lightscribe drive or can I get a copy of Lightscribe that works on the new machine?

Are you SURE the drive can do LightScribe?

Does it have thw LS Sensor next to the HUB?

Some devices and programs will not run with 64 bit. You ma want to try running it with 32 bit. I did the same as you, then I switched to 32 bit and it works great!
