When I click on the information box is says "stalled". Any ideas as to what is wrong? I have Surething Labeler Deluxe 5 software installed with the update, LG LightScribe burner, and using LG LightScribe blank media. I really need for this to work.

I just updated the burner firmware but I still have the same problem.
