LightScribe Forum : Open Topic - General Questions : Please Help!!! No print option?

I just installed my new dvdr drive (which did'nt come with Lightscribe software, not sure if it's supposed to) and once I've created my image to burn, I go to the "print" page (Step 3) and the print icon is not highlighted as an option to click. It's there but it is unusable. There is also no information populating in my "drive" section at the top left corner of the print page. Please help. What am I doing wrong. Because I did'nt receive Lightscribe software with my purchase, I downloaded everything I think I'm supposed to from the website. Am I missing something?

I too have the same problem. I have all the required HW/SW. It worked until I upgraded my SW to the latest version which I had to do 'cause the images were coming out all smudged into one black ugly mess. I'm on Mac OSX 10.6.6

All suggestions welcome!
