LightScribe Forum : Drives : Problems printing! UGH! please help!

Hi, I've had no problems with lightscribe for the two years I've had it until now. I recently tried to print again and now it says "problem opening print dialog"

I tried again and it still isn't working. I've even done the diagnostics thing you have for downloading and it didn't detect a problem. what should I do?

What Lightscribe labeling application are you using? (Nero, Droppix, etc)

Well I have Windows Vista, is that what you mean? It says Lightscribe template labeler but I don't have problems til it gets to the print options when it says Problem opening lightscribe print options dialog.

If I understand you correctly you are using the Lightscribe Template Labeler. What version? Are you getting this error message after selecting the "Review And Print" button and the window changes to the Lightscribe Print Options window?
