<p>I don't get a lot of info about what your problem is!</p>
<p>Depending on what kind of system you have, you need:</p>
<ol>
<li>The LightScribe System Software and the matching version of the Diagnostic Utility.</li>
<li>Either the Template Labeler if your system is a PC or the Simple Labeler if your system is a MAC.</li>
<li>LightScribe Compatible Media (Has the word "LightScribe" on the package, the LS "swoosh", and V1.2 on the package).</li>
<li>Most of all an LS Drive with the LS Sensor near the hub</li>
<li>Some kind of templates to chose from.</li>
</ol>
<p>You'll also want to have some kind of Image(s) and Text to make your label.</p>
