I don't get a lot of info about what your problem is!

Depending on what kind of system you have, you need:

1. The LightScribe System Software and the matching version of the Diagnostic Utility.
2. Either the Template Labeler if your system is a PC or the Simple Labeler if your system is a MAC.
3. LightScribe Compatible Media (Has the word "LightScribe" on the package, the LS "swoosh", and V1.2 on the package).
4. Most of all an LS Drive with the LS Sensor near the hub
5. Some kind of templates to chose from.

You'll also want to have some kind of Image(s) and Text to make your label.
