Which external drive should I buy to reduce the amount of time it takes to burn onto the lightscribable surface (on the top side of the disk)?

Or is it the software that is the key in reduce the burning time? Which software should I then buy?

I understand that it can take up to 20 minutes to make one lightscribe label on the top side the disk.
Is that true?

Or do have to make my labels with circular text to reduce the burning time?
If I use circular text or graphics what is the burn time then?

If it does take a long time to burn with lightscribe despite the circular graphics/text, should I buy a tower so that I can make multiple labels at one time? How much do towers cost usually?

The burn time is the burn time.

Almost every disk takes about 20 minutes to burn a label no matter what drive you use.

Curved text does help to shorten the time a very little, but Images are really what makes the time go to 20 minutes or more.

The darker you want the label the more time it will take.

Most people do multiple burns, but this makes the Image blur or smear.

I don't know much about "towers" or Duplicators, but unless your going to burn multiple copies of the same label and data, the per disk time or burn time id still about 20 minutes (regardless of the manufacturer).

Only the fact that you burn several disks at once shorts the JOB time.
