<p>Sorry, but NCDs are some kind of binary storage proprietary to Nero.</p>
<p>I don't Know about LSQs, but LSL &amp; LSTs are done in XML.</p>
<p>I looked at that very early because I was trying to develop Custom Labels.</p>
<p>XML is easy to work with, but it is limited on what can be done with Images.</p>
<p>I used XML Notepad 2007 and Paint.NET to develop my more than 80 Templates.</p>
