LightScribe Forum : Media : CD/DVD Mini Just a suggestion, but would it be plausible to make Lightscribe mini?

 

I ask because I do a lot of low-level, small-group dvd/cd production that would be better on minis, as opposed to burning an entire full-length disc using only a fraction of the data.

It certainly is plausible. The driving force behind it would have to be consumer demand.   The media brands such as Verbatim, Imation, HP, Memorex, and TDK are the ones ultimately making the decision on what formats to offer.  The current formats are here:
