Hi, I had the old version for years on my PC working fine except it stopped seeing certain ls discs.I saw there was an update so I uninstalled my current lightscribe which I had many problems doing. Now I cant install the new version. I first tried the LSS system software but when it gets to the Install button , I click it & everything goes away & it dosnt install. I see it in my start menu but they are whited out & nothing happens when u click them and they arent showing up in add/remove programs.
