I have wasted half my day trying to get around this "no items match your search" message when I try to open a pic to LS from my photo library.

 I know the picture is there but I cant  open it!

 Yes yes, my photos are jpeg, I tried reinstalling LS components, setting defaults, and etc etc etc.

 There must be an easy answer, something I am overlooking perhaps?  I have made dozens of these in the recent past so I am confounded as to why I cannot now!

 Funny thing; the picture library I get when I open from the template labeler screen is all folders and not the pictures within the folders that I get when I open my picture library from the desktop. Could this be relevant?

I had a problem once which may have been similar.

I'm using Windows 7 & when this type of problem occurs, I don't use the Library link.

Instead, I browse using My Picture in my account & usually find what I'm looking for.

This hasn't happened recently, but like I said, My Pictures usually gets there.
