I can't believe what BS I've had to go through to TRY to get the LightScribe to print on my DVDs.  What a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND ENERGY!!! 

I'm able to burn a DVD using the LaCie d2 DVD +/- RW burner, but that's IT.  Any time I attempt to burn an image....you know -the ONLY REASON I PAID FOR LIGHTSCRIBE, it doesn't recognize the burner.  It will recognize the burner only if I'm NOT attempting to burn the label.  So what's the point in paying for LS if this #$*&^## doesn't work?!?!?!?  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the crappy software, to no avail.  I've tried using my firewire 400, 800, and USB ports, and your crappy software fails to read via any of the above.

The only support/download/driver updates are for PC's.  I wouldn't even own a PC to watch a movie, because they're JUNK.  I have a top of the line MB Pro, a powerbook G4, a G5, and your crappy software doesn't recognize the burner on ANY of them.  I want my money back.  This has been a waste of my time, energy, and most of all my patience.  Now my clients will have to have their dvd's delivered with a laser label.  

Thanks for NOTHING, LightScribe.  I'll be informing the Better Business Bureau, as well as all of my friends and colleagues on FaceBook and Twitter that your product SUCKS.
