I tried to label five different discs only getting a black print. I used the same image each time, but always a different file (two were .jpegs and two were .psds and one was a .bmp). Prior to each printing, the preview kept showing me a solid black.

I can't understand why the preview will only portray solid black after looking at so many different images of various #s of colors. What can I do to change the preview's contrast with my LightScribe's Simple Labeler?
