On the LS Design Centre webpage where there are groups of additional labels to download, when I click on a category (Home & Family, At the Office etc) there is a 'fly-out' which lists the themes but as soon as I move my mouse cursor off the category the 'fly-out' closes so I'm unable to select anything. Is there a way around this ?

Don't move your cursor off the category....
But, I guess if you are still having problems, you could use the 'tab' button on your keyboard. It will cycle through all the link on the page. So, it may take 30 times to get to your desired link, but it will work.
