I'm using Acoustica Label maker and I wasted like 10 disc already, tried updating my lightscribe software and also reinstalling Acoustica but nothing worked, need help. thanks

I have an LG external LS disc drive

Hi fengz  !
There are 2 things I note about the burned image:
- The very very straight edges of the image; and
- The apparent 45 degree angle of the image.
These are the kind of thing a "clip" path imposed on an image create.
When this first happened, did you remake the design of the label?
If not, I would strongly suggest that the label should be redesigned from scratch.
Another question, have you tried other brands of media?

yes I tried a different brand and it's same thing, and also i tried remaking the design like cropping it, resizing etc

Have you tried a different program like SureThing or the LS Template Labeler?

not yet, that's what I'm actually doing right now, tryin to look for a different program online, you said Surething labeler?

The LS Template Labeler is on this site and is free.
I design My Custom Templates for it, and I'm finishing 4 more right now for a total of 255 in shared and private collections.

tried the Surething, but it won't even print, nothing happens when I press the Print button, everything is setup, and it identifies my drive.. thanks again for all your help, I appreciate it
