When trying to print with Roxio Label Creator 2010, I get nothing but a solid black image. This does not happen with LS labeler. I have 2 machines just a like and the issue is present on both . (HP 4510 Notebooks. The folks at Sonic do not have and answer and sent me here. I can send screen shots if needed.

If the Image you're using is a PNG File and most of it is transparent, it will show up as Black.
Transparent areas of PNG File, especially over another Image appear as Black.
Try converting it to a JPG or other type of Graphical Image.

The label format for Roxio Label Creator is .JWL. I Can seend you some screen shots, etc of what I am encountering.

Hey guys... Roxio Label Creator 2010 doesn't... do... LightScribe... It just makes a print out that you can put in the Jewel Case.
