Hi. I can't get rid of regullar rings on my CD's. I use Lite-on 20A1L. I've tried BL04, BL05, BL06 flash softwares, burned with Nero, Sure Thing, LS Template Labeler, used newest LS drivers, different CDs DVDs and I still have some rings looking like this: http://www.aukcjoner.pl/gallery/001224709-Rings.html#I1 I've found that my burner can label silky smooth here: http://www.cdfreaks.com/reviews/Lite-On-LH-20A1H-DVD-Burner-Review/LightScribe.html ... so it's possible Someone also wrote, that after flashing from BL02 to BL04 it changed from regullar rings to silky smooth here: http://club.cdfreaks.com/f44/f-w-upgrade-lh-20a1l-223219/ I also tried that, with no results. If anyone has an idea what else can I do, please help me.

Hi sauna13 !

The second link on your other post wouldn't work.

Some rings are always possible because the LABEL is done just like the tracks, but just on the other side and the whole surface is processed.

I think, the drive may be a little out of calibration, causing more of a gap between tracks.

They are very small, I had to magnify the image to see them.

If they really bother you, you should have the drive's calibration checked and adjusted.

The second link: http://www.cdfreaks.com/reviews/Lite-On-LH-20A1H-DVD-Burner-Review/LightScribe.html Thx for your reply. As I found it's not so easy to calibrate it myself and quite risky, so I think I won't try. Cheers.
