Hey all,
Out of mounting frustration I have come to test your technical
savvy! Just this morning I downloaded the latest versions of
Lightscribe (1.18.3.2) and Acoustica (3.29) but I'm STILL having the
exact same problem!
Here are my printing selections:
Designs - Blank Canvas
CD with Jewel Case
Full Mode
Green Lightscribe Disc (a new selection from the latest version of Acoustica)
These are the details on the image:
677w x 900h, 153,422 bytes, 24-bit color
However, when the disc is done the image is printed very small on the left side with a black band running horizontally.
Once again, I received NO warnings from the program saying that the
image was too small for the disc! I'm very familiar with this feature
of the program having encountered it before. However, it didn't squawk
on any of the four printing failures I've had with this image!
Before I printed the last disc, I even hit the preview button and
it displayed the exact same full coverage of the disc that I desired.
I've posted on the Acoustica forums, but so far no suggestions have fixed the problem.

Hi David !
I exclusively use the LS Template Labeler, so I don't know anything about Acoustica.
What SIZE and FILE TYPE is the Image?
I've seen problems in the TL (Before burning) with small Images, so I kind of know what your describing.

Hi.... I wonder if someone out there has the solution to my problem........I bought a burner with Light Scribe cappabilities.... The soft is installed crrrectly.. I ran the diagnostics program and it found the drive.... The problem is I go thru all the motions. Use Light Scribe disks, I pick a template, start the process, allis well up till the end..... I see on the screen a picture of the completed disk.... The program says it's finished. But when I take out the Light Scribe disk there is nothing on it..... Am using the right disk, pick the color wich is gold and hit preview and print.... At the end nothing appears on the disk.... Have gone thru all the stepd I can think of..... Can someone out there tell me what the problem is and how to fix it ???????? Thanks Much Al amorin1846@comcast.net

Hi Al !
I had that same exact thing happen once.
All I did was clean the label side and redo the label.
It came out fine, and after that instance, it hasn't happened again.
If I have any trouble, the first thing I try up to 3 times is to vigorously clean the label side. It hasn't happened often. In total, I may have given up on about 0.5% of the disks I've tried to label.
