I have an LG Drive with the LS logo. Running Vista. The LS software does not detect the drive and the LS Diagnostic Utility reports the LS service is not running and prompts to start it. The service is already running. I stopped and restarted the service but no change. I updated the LG firmware, rebooted. No change. Vista is current with all patches. Any assistance or ideas would be appreciated.

this is similar to the problem im having, its causing my drive to print partial labels. When you run the diagnostic try running is as admin by right clicking on the utility, it will be one of the options, it should run right, but thats not the real problem.
I have yet to get a straight answer about this issue here.
