Can anyone recommend what they use for creating cd covers and their Artwork? Can you buy pre-cut cd paper covers for printing on?

I don't create CD Covers, but I use Paint.NET (Donation/Free) for all my Graphic Editing.
Avery sell a lot of matterial like you're reffering to & I think I've seen that.
