Greetings,

I have been using a Lacie external lightscribe drive for the past year with a <60% success. I have sent the drive back and received a new one, uninstalled and re-installed the software all to no avail. The project will initially begin burning, then at any random moment, quit, stating that there is a communication error. I am using the standard usb + the aux. usb power supply. I have pretty much exhausted all of Lacie's suggestions and they stated it could be something on the software end - therefore I am contacting you in a last ditch effort. Any suggestions ?
