Hi,

I'm trying to download the various templates in the design center. If I pick a topic, let's say "at the office", I cannot move my mouse over to any of the subcategories without the main business box disappearing! It is like a wild goose chase! I am using Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with Firefox as a browser.

Interestingly enough, I have the same O/S and browser at work and it works fine. I even tried to e-mail the designs back home, but the program won't recognize them. (You can't win!) They have turned into jpegs.

I went over to internet explorer with the same outcome. In fact, I had trouble posting this message using Firefox. Try Opera?

What am I doing wrong?

UPDATE!!!!!  I was able to do everything with Opera.  They are programs.  You click on "at the office" and then select "business".  You then select your OS and download the program, it places the images directly in your lightscribe program.  Maybe the 64 bits is causing firefox to fail?  Opera works.
