Hello friends,
I have the recorder LG super multi blue BH08LS20 model and I have acompatibility problem with Lightscribe. I installed all drivers and updates, and I've tried the drive on different computers. The error is always the same: When I get ready to burn the LightScribe label, at the time it detects the drive, asks me toinsert a LightScribe disc, even though I've previously entered.
I'm desperate, I dont know what to do, even is the second unit I try, the first one I returned believing that he was damaged because it gave me the same error.

The most common causes for what you are describing are as follows:
1) The disc inserted is not Lightscribe enabled or not inserted label side down. (Are you trying to label a Bluray blank? I don't think the Lightscribe enabled Bluray blanks are released yet)
2) The timing marks in the hub of a Lightscribe enabled disc are not being recognized. Try cleaning the timing marks in the hub area thoroughly - the following is a link to illustrate the location of the timing marks:

3) Defective media - try a known good Lightscribe blank
4) Defective Lightscribe optical sensor in the drive

Hello friend, first thanks for your response and support.
1) My LightScribe discs are certainly, I have Lightscribe DVD Lightscribe CD-Rom.
2) My Lightscribe discs are brand new, removed from its case, it is impossible tobe dirty.
3) I bought LG Lightscribe discs to be of the same brand as my recorder, I tried it with Verbatim, but I have not accomplished anything.
4) The unit is new, and changed it to a new at the time because the former had the same problem and thought it was defective, but now there's a problem I do not know.
Discarded these 4 points, I hope to get help because I do not know what to do
