I have just recently reformatted my computer, and when I went to install the templates "Pets Pack" and "In the Garden", I receive an error stating that "a newer or the same version is already installed" (and thus the install fails). I have checked in the Template Labeler program, and these templates are not installed. Has anyone encounter this problem?

I mainly ask because the dachshund template is perfect for creating gift pic CDs of our dachshund puppy.
