Hi!
First of all: I'm german and i try to describe my problem in english with a pulse of 188.

This is the side i'm refering to:

omg....i can't even paste the url in here. Seriously WHICH RETARDS coded this hole side. NOTHING WORKS! WTF why can't i paste a url in there???

ok, back to '1988 i DESCRIBE the problem
on www.lightscribe.com (wow i can write a url...hooray!!!)
-> upper left...visit design center (click with left mouse button)
-> then again 'design center' in the center of the screen

ok, now comes the problem. u see the page 'select your category' right? ok, now....when u click on 'at the office' a small window appears on the left. But u can't choose the next category in the new window (9 to 5, Business....) COZ THE #$*&^## WINDOWS disappeares when u try to move with the move cursor to it. I tried everything. Internet Explorer 9, Firefox 4.0.1, my mouse makro with 200 clicks per second....no chance! U CAN'T CLICK ON THE F******* WINDOW.
I'm 37 years old and graduated in computer science. I have seen a lot of internet sides but i saw NEVER such a crappy page like this here from a decent brand (u are part of HP right?).

so fix it pls!
regards
your mother

 Hi!

What browser are you using? IE, Foxfire, Safari, ... etc.

It may be a setting.

As i said, i tried IE9 and FF 4.0.1. But after reading some other theads here, i'm sure that it is not my fault. Here are tons of old threads with the same problem...

Nice support admins. *thumb up* U can't even fix a 1 year old flash coding problem on ur webside. Maybe u should overthink ur support duty and stop playin online games 24/7.

I was having the same problem and discovered an easy work-around: narrow the size of your browser window.  Apparently the site does some math based on the window width, so if you're using a high resolution display, the pop-up is placed outside the original box and you can't get to it.  Using a "skinny" window seems to do the trick.

Hope this helps!
