Is there a disc that is like white paper, instead of the pale yellow/orange that is the norm with Lightscribe discs? If so, who manufactures the disc and where can I buy them?

nope.
We have that tan/orangish/yellowish color. That's the basic color. Or you can buy assortment packs which come with red, blue, orange, gold, and green.
