I recently reinstalled Windows Vista 64 Bit Ultimate then I reinstalled the Light Scribe Utilities. So far I can use the template labeler, but when I click "preview and print" the window that opens up immediately freezes and says "Not responding." In the processes window the LS Utilities all have *32 behind them so I'm assuming they are 32 bit programs. Some of the programs appear in the processes tab, but do not appear in the applications tab. Could the fact that they are 32 bit programs and I'm running a 64 bit system be the problem? Are there 64 bit versions of the software?

I'm having a similar problem when I use Nero programs to try to burn a label as well. So programs show up in processes, but not in application and most freeze when I try to print.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi mjvolzer  !

LightScribe Software ARE ALL a 32bit applications, so I would think ALL would have trouble running.

Check to make sure, but I think your operating system is 32bit/64bit capable.

The only thing I can think of you could try is to do something to make the programs run in compatibility mode.

This should NOT be necessary because I am running Vista Home Premium SP+ and everything has been fine since day 1.

Hi,
I've experienced the same problems under Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
The Printdialog freezes and I don't have an additional 32bit-System.
