I've download 2 versions of LSS and once unpacked and try to install package it says "com.apple.installation.page.controller error -1." Can anyone help me. I'm a newbie with this program. I don't want to be printing labels forever!

What version of Mac are you using?
Is all of your software up to date? It is critical that the operating system is kept up to date.
